The re-launched Berkley range is a specialist product with both domestic and export appeal. The layout divides into 3 well defined zones: eating; living and sleeping. With the emphasis on a centre lounge there is provision for patio or French doors to the front and side aspects. This allows you to really open up your home and let the outside in.
Ample fixed seating is complemented by an armchair in the lounge. There is a low modular partition between the kitchen and lounge and a generous coffee table besides. The dining area is spacious and smart with good quality upholstered dining chairs.
The master bedroom in the two bedroom model has a walk-in closet, ensuite and a 5 foot bed for maximum comfort. In the three bedroom Berkley the main bedroom has a lift up bed for optimum storage.
Chic interiors and high specification fixtures and fittings make the Berkley a sought after and unique option for the discerning holidaymaker.
